These terms apply to every purchase from the TiaraMart website, operated by TiaraMart Sdn Bhd. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You need an account with your name and phone number to check out. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all orders placed with your account.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Product photos and descriptions are for reference. Specifications may change by the manufacturer without notice.
We may correct pricing or stock errors. If an error affects an order you have paid for, we will contact you and offer a full refund if you do not wish to continue.

3. Discounts and coupons

Coupons are valid only within their dates and for the products or categories stated. One coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made online through Billplz. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful.
Orders that are not paid within 24 hours are cancelled automatically.
If a payment fails, the order is cancelled and the items return to your cart so you can try again.

5. Shipping

We deliver within Malaysia. Rates and delivery times are in our Shipping Policy. You can follow your order in My Account > Track Order.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where provided. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised repair.
