We ship to addresses within Malaysia. The shipping charge for your order is shown on the Shipping page before you pay.
1. Shipping rates
One flat rate per order, based on the state of your shipping address:

| RM 15.00 | Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Pulau Pinang, Terengganu |
| RM 30.00 | Sabah, Sarawak, W.P. Labuan |
2. Processing time
Paid orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1-3 working days.
3. Delivery time
- Peninsular Malaysia: about 2-5 working days after shipping.
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: about 4-8 working days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays or courier delays.
4. Tracking your order
Follow your order status in My Account > Track Order. The courier tracking number appears there once your order is shipped.
5. Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel on arrival. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days - see our Refund & Return Policy.
